These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Alexilya’s paid web design, hosting, and custom development services (“Services”). By subscribing, purchasing, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Alexilya provides bespoke web design, development, secure hosting, and ongoing maintenance solutions, tailored to each client’s requirements. The specific deliverables and timelines for your project will be defined in an individual statement of work or proposal (“SOW”).
All fees, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods are specified in your SOW. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Human support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. We respond to technical issues, updates, and minor design requests within commercially reasonable timeframes.
We perform regular backups for hosted projects; however, you are also expected to maintain your own copies of critical data. While we strive to restore data promptly, complete recovery cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
We may update, add, or retire features to improve performance, usability, or security. Where practical, we will give reasonable advance notice of major changes that may affect you.
Either party may terminate the Services for convenience with written notice, subject to any notice period stated in the SOW. Upon termination, we will, on request, provide a final export or backup of your project files.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexilya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
You obtain ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment. Alexilya retains ownership of reusable code libraries and third-party assets, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Germany unless otherwise agreed in writing.
